1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the AITENCY website (aitency.com) and any services provided by AITENCY, a trading name of ASIGS GROUP LTD, registered in Cyprus. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
AITENCY provides the following types of services:
- AI automation consulting and process audits
- Custom AI system design, development, and deployment
- Managed AI products and subscription-based automation services
- Training, workshops, and enablement programs
- Ongoing system support and optimisation
Specific service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, code, and graphics — is the property of ASIGS GROUP LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Custom systems built for clients become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. AITENCY retains the right to use general methodologies and non-proprietary components across projects.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Standard terms include a deposit upon project commencement with milestone-based payments. Subscription services are billed monthly in advance.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. This includes business processes, technical architectures, data, and commercial terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
AITENCY's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Subscription services may be cancelled at the end of any billing period.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
